Food & Dining
The resort’s restaurant has Mayan inspired décor and a menu that delightfully mixes ancient flavours with the freshest of produce to give you a truly tropical culinary experience. The fresh, local fish and meats are seasoned with the herbs from the resort’s own organic garden to bring you flavors that will be remembered for a lifetime. These can be enjoyed with a well-known cocktail or one of the resort’s own, like a Vodka based Kanantik Special or a South Belize Breeze with Cointreau and Blue Curacao, all expertly shaken of course.
The resort boasts 1300 feet of sandy beach plus a salt water swimming pool but if you want deeper waters, the resort also has two dive boats and an on-site diving operation. The resort also has all the necessities you would expect to find at a 5 star resort.
